Care plans, concept maps and case work are not essays with a medical vocabulary, and treating them as writing is the most common reason a competent nurse loses points. You sit the exam yourself. Anyone offering more is selling you a risk.
How quickly does an FNP placement come together?
It depends on the specialty far more than on how early you start. Family practice near a population center usually comes together quickly. Psychiatric mental health, and anything genuinely rural, runs longer and occasionally much longer. Your application comes back with a date range worked out from your own state, specialty and start term, and it says outright when a combination is hard.
I am repeating a course. Will you take it on?
Usually, and repeating is more common than students think. Send the syllabus with what went wrong the first time, because a repeat is easier to plan once we know whether the problem was writing, exams, clinical hours or a term when life took every hour. That reading and the quote cost you nothing.
