The short version.
We keep what you type into our forms, we use it to answer you and run the coaching you asked for, and we never sell it or mention you to your school. That is the whole arrangement. The rest of this page says the same thing with more detail.
What we collect.
Applications for help: your first name, email, program and school, the course you picked, and whatever you tell us about the situation. Newsletter signups: an email address. Affiliate applications: your name, email, where your audience is, and the program you finished with us.
The site sets no tracking cookies of its own, runs no advertising pixels, and keeps no accounts. Ordinary server logs exist the way they do for every website and rotate out on the host's normal schedule.
What we use it for.
To send the quote you asked for, deliver the newsletter you subscribed to, or process the affiliate application you filed. Specialists see the details of your work on a need-to-know basis, and every one of them is under a standing confidentiality agreement.
We never contact your school, your employer, or anyone else about you. Billing descriptors are discreet. If you refer someone, they are never told who referred them, and you are never told more than an anonymous credit.
What we never do.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not publish client names: the honor roll carries initials and a program, nothing more. Addresses given on an application never receive marketing mail, and the newsletter goes only to people who asked for it.
Keeping it, and deleting it.
Records stay while your work is live and afterwards for our accounts. Email dean@edlaurel.com from the address on file and we will delete your contact record and take you off any list you are on. Every newsletter carries an unsubscribe link that works the first time you press it.
